Domaine de Chevalier is held in high esteem by many wine-critics, Clive Coates MW regarding it as one of the top three reds
in the Graves region, along with Château Haut-Brion and Château La Mission Haut-Brion, whilst Robert Parker describes
it as "a true connoisseur's wine" in his "Bordeaux: A Comprehensive Guide". The estate produces both white and red wine
and having finally consumed some older vintages such as the 1970 and 1983, I can vouch for its superb aging ability
Domaine Chevalier 1983 Drink Now - 2010 18.5pts
Good colour. Fine fullish, reserved, classy nose with a touch of new oak. This is very fine indeed. Great complexity and breed. Fullish, still new oaky in a cedary way. LONG, VERY LOVELY
Clive Cotes MW

"I was thrilled to receive notification via a phone call Friday night and could hardly believe my good luck.
I was fortunate to learn of your website when I 'googled' a particular wine
I was interested in and the link to your Site appeared.
The range of wines and interesting info I found there was most impressive
hence my subsequent registration.
