Drink 2023–2031
The 2020 Minotaur Reserve Shiraz is dense and muscled, with a core of purple fruit and shaped by a framing of oak. It doesn't open up through the mouth as one might expect, but it does provide a "McLaren Vale Shiraz experience," which I think is important. I'm looking for a little more concentration and finesse and certainly length through the finish. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under Diam.
