Drink 2002–2012
This is a beautifully elegant offering.
The soft 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits notions of spicy oak, fudge, and black currants. As it sits in the glass, damp forest and compost scents emerge. Medium to full-bodied, stylish, and graceful, it can be drunk now and over the next ten years.
