Drink 2023–2033
The 2022 Indigo Vineyard Chardonnay leads with a spicy nose laden with buttered popcorn, curry leaf, crushed nuts, preserved citrus and yellow peach. In the mouth, the wine is concentrated and saline, with layer upon layer of fruit and acid/tannins. This is a fine Chardonnay, delicious in fact, and I enjoy it very much indeed. There is really good balance between all of the components in the mouth. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
