The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon ?Heytesbury? spent 12 -18 months in French oak, 80% new. Opaque purple in color, it exhibits a bouquet of cedar, wood smoke, scorched earth, black cherry, and blackberry. Tightly wound but well balanced, this densely packed wine needs 6-8 years in bottle to reveal its full potential. Drink it through 2025.
