Drink 2014–2018
Medium to deep garnet purple in color, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is scented of redcurrant jam, kirsch and bay leaves with hints of pepper and tree bark. Medium-bodied with a high level of firm tannins and crisp acidity, it has just enough flesh to carry through on a long, herbal and somewhat austere finish. Drink it now to 2018+.
