Drink 2014–2020
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is a little closed at this stage, revealing subtle notes of fresh black berries, blueberries and cassis over pencil lead, coffee and oak. Medium-bodied, taut and muscular in the mouth, it has a firm level of grainy tannins and crisp acid supporting just enough cassis and toast flavors, finishing long and a little earthy. Consider drinking it 2014 to 2020+.
