Drink 2010–2015
The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot is purple-colored with traces of mint/menthol, cassis, and black currants. The wine is lean and elegant with intense fruit flavors. There is enough structure for 3-4 years of evolution and it should drink well through 2015.
