Drink 2000–2015
The 1997 Shiraz Graveyard Vineyard is made in an earthy, perfumed style. Nevertheless, there is plenty to get excited about in this full-bodied, rich, chewy wine with uncanny balance and beautiful overall purity and equilibrium. Drink it over the next 12-15 years.
