Drink 2024–2039
This 2019 Graveyard Vineyard Shiraz is black and a little reductive on the nose but layered with blackcurrant pastille, cassis, raspberry, blueberry and graphite. The palate is largely black in character as well, with all manner of exotic spice wrought by finely held texture. It has sweet paprika tannins, with sumac, pink peppercorn and wet asphalt. This is a super wine. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
