Fresh and elegant, the 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape offers up aromas of dark berries, orange peel, spices, fresh licorice and flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, velvety and enveloping, it’s well balanced, with a juicy mid-palate framed by sweet tannins, concluding with a long, gently ethereal finish.
