Drink 2004–2010
The 2002 The Footbolt Shiraz is linear, tannic, and austere, without the generosity of the D’Arry’s Original. Earthy, smoky, peppery, black currant fruit is found in this medium-bodied, angular Shiraz. With excellent ripeness in addition to moderate tannin, it should drink well for 5-6 years.
