Drink 2023–2035
The warm and dry 2020 season here has produced a Cabernet that leads with a splay of savory, ductile tannin in the mouth. No surprises there. The fruit that swarms around it is purple and succulent, without being thick or over-extracted. The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is firm, but fine. Nicely done. There's a little flick of the freshness that tails through the finish; clarity resides here. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
