Drink 2023–2038
The 2021 Reserve Chardonnay is super concentrated and long. There are crushed nuts and pan-fried curry leaves, white peach, preserved citrus and brine. This is an intense wine that unfurls across the palate and long into the finish. Hints of shaved fennel and star anise appear after the wine has gone. Superb. 12.6% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
