Drink 2031–2041
The 2021 Tête de Cuvée Pinot Noir is smoky, meaty and dense, with intensely savory fruit and oak on the bouquet. On the palate, the wine leads with roasted meat crust, savory earth and brine, with layers of poached cherry and singed eucalypt. Among it all is framboise and redcurrant. It's a big wine, built for aging. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under cork.
