Drink 2012–2015
Deep garnet colored, the 2007 Woodhenge Shiraz gives notes of warm plums, mulberries and kirsch over cinnamon stick, chocolate-mint and toast. Full bodied with a good amount of evolving fruit, it has very crisp acid in the mouth with medium-firm chewy tannins and a long finish. Drink it now through 2015+.
