Drink 2014–2016
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2011 Woodhenge Shiraz is slightly closed though reveals scents of dark plums and blackberries with some pepper and a whiff of milk chocolate. Medium to full-bodied and very crisp, it is a little lean and is held up with medium levels of chewy tannins through the long finish. Drink it now to 2016+.
