Drink 2016–2030
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2012 Thomas Cabernet Sauvignon opens with sweet black plums, warm black currants, blueberries and spice box plus subtle mocha and chocolate box hints. Rich, medium-bodied, and evolving very slowly in the mouth, it has firm, grainy tannins, great length with a wonderfully spicy finish. Approachable yet still very youthful, this is one for the cellar.
