Drink 2025–2038
The 2023 Applejack Vineyard Pinot Noir is transparent and silky, with a profusion of exotic spice and forest moss underpinning. This is a beautiful wine, slight, in its way, yet lingering and delicate. The tannins are chalky. This is super pretty; it sort of flutters across the tongue. 13.2% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
