Drink 2025–2041
The 2021 The Westing Shiraz is rich and ripe, showing great harmony and intensity in the mouth. The tannins are profuse but have achieved a comfortable balance here and do not impede the flow of fruit across the palate. I like this so much more than when it was released, and I feel that, here, the pedigree of the great 2021 vintage is starting to emerge. 14.9% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
