Drink 2025–2039
The 2024 Bastard Hill Pinot Noir leads with strawberry compote and sumac, star anise and ground peppercorns. The texture here is silky, almost creamy, while the fruit profile—tannins aside—feels distinctly delicate, diaphanous and fine. This is almost lacy, in its way. It conjures up musk sticks and dried flowers, pressed linen and summer breeze. It's a quiet wine, spicy and pretty. 13.3% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
