Drink 2024–2033
The 2023 New Territories is a blend of 60% Shiraz, 20% Touriga Naçional and 20% Tinta Cao. So perfumed and lifted is the bouquet, with garden roses, anise, dried mint, tobacco, red apples and violets. The palate has a gentle undertow of sweet roasted bone marrow and slow-cooked game, but it is dominated by buoyant red fruits. The tannins are chalky and fine, and it provides such a lovely, light to medium-bodied experience. Super. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
