Drink 2025–2032
The 2024 Waterloo Pinot Noir is super light in the glass, with Ovaltine and strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate pearl and oats on the nose. In the mouth, the wine is similarly light, and while pretty, it is without defined shape or persistence. It's ethereal in the extreme. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
