The 2021 Anova Cabernet Sauvignon is the first release of this premium Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra, and the wine leads with dark chocolate and cassis, shaped by ferruginous, finely ground tannins that coat the mouth and insist that you chew. The wine is elegant and nicely balanced between supple fruit and spicy oak, promising a future ahead. $150 AUD / $95 USD. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
