Drink 2024–2036
The 2021 Tappa Pass Shiraz leads with roast meat and pastrami, enoki mushroom and a hint of black truffle. In the mouth, the wine is chewy and chalky and fine. It's an elegant expression of Shiraz from Barossa. The exotic sway of spice in the mouth tends toward sweet mustard seed, anise and Sichuan peppercorns. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
