The opaque purple-colored 2000 Shiraz is a concentrated, moderately tannic, velvety-textured red with a gorgeous bouquet of creme de cassis, blackberries, camphor, and toasty oak. As the wine sits in the glass, aromas of eucalyptus also emerge. Drink this full-bodied, juicy Shiraz over the next 10-15 years.
