Medium-deep crimson. Minty, dark chocolate dark, berry aromas with some brambly/silage notes. Bittersweet and chocolaty textured with ample choco- berry fruits and persistent leafy/sappy tannins. Grippy and tight at the finish. Still buoyant and fresh with attractive fruit density and vigour. Best to drink soon, but should hold. A cool vintage. 14% alc 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Shiraz Barossa Valley, Padthaway, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra
