The 2005 E & E Black Pepper Shiraz received the same elevage as the 2004 but is more deeply colored with a bouquet that jumps from the glass. Cedar, earth notes, leather, plum, and blueberry aromas are quite alluring. This leads to a concentrated, intense, lengthy wine which has 3-4 years of cellaring potential. Although it can be enjoyed now, it will be at its best from 2012 to 2022.
