Coming 100% for the Woodlands "home" vineyard, the 2013 Margaret is made up of 78% Cabernet, 11% Merlot and 11% Malbec, and shows a deep garnet-purple color. This blend has pronounced notes of blackberry preserves, mulberries and plums, with cedar, earth, underbrush, menthol and subtle herbs. The palate is firm and finely grained in texture, while still being elegant, long and earthy on the finish.
