Drink 2000–2015
The black/purple-colored 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Odyssey offers impressive complexity and richness. The bouquet possesses cedar, black currant, spice box, chocolate, and dried herb scents. Rich, with a thick mid-palate, and sweet tannin, it is a powerful yet elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with considerable length and aging potential. Accessible now, it promises to improve over the next 5-6 years, and last for 12-15.
