Drink 2023–2041
The 2021 The Williams' Block Cabernet Sauvignon is so pretty in the mouth. It is perfumed and fragrant, red fruited and structural. It is light through the finish, but the fruit is captivating in its red/pink way. The mid-palate is chewy and so satisfying. This. is a beautiful wine! It's floral, too, with savory tannins. Yes. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
